Description

Grade II. Cottage. Medieval, C17. Timber framed, west gable elevation and plinths rubblestone. Colourwashed and rendered witchert road front. Thatched roof, 2 bays and 1½ storeys. 2 two-light leaded ground floor casements to road front. Right hand bay has 2-light eaves dormer. Right gable stack. Gable elevation has 2 small windows to upper floor either side of stack. Timber framing exposed on rear elevation with colourwashed plaster infill. Entry in modern rear porch with hipped old tile roof. Interior: One cruck truss. Chamfered and stopped spine beams. RCHM I. 113. MON.20. (PART) (B1).
