Grade II. Pair of early C18 cottages. Witchert on a rubblestone plinth. Plain tile roof. Two bays and 1½ storeys. Party stack. Bay Cottage. Colourwashed render. Central 4 panel door. 2-light casements. Prospect Cottage. Colourwashed roughcast. Central board door. 2-light casements, large to right bay, small to left (B1).
