Description
Grade II. Small house. Late C16- C17. Timber frame with whitewashed brick and plaster infill, and whitewashed plinth, part rubble stone. Infill has late C19 decorative plaques in whitewashed terracotta. Thatched roof, brick chimneys to left and rear centre. 1½ storeys, 2 bays. Ground floor of S. side has C20 French doors with flanking single lights and decorative glass in left bay, and 2 large barred single casements to right. First floor has 2 paired C20 wooden casements in thatch. Central door in C20 gabled porch. C19-C20 single storey lean-to extensions at each end, that to left with tiled roof and barred wooden windows with segmental heads, that to right with pantiled roof and C20 casements.
