Description

Grade II. Cottage. C17. Timber frame with diagonal braces and whitewashed brick infill. Half-hipped thatch roof, flanking chimneys of whitewashed brick. 1½ storeys, 2 bays. C19 wooden casements. N. side has 3-light casement to ground floor right, 4-light to centre in thatch, and C20 lean-to projection to ground floor left with pantile roof and entry. C20 half-timbered extension to right with pantile roof and 3-light wooden casement. RCHM II p 218 MON 21 (B1).
