Description

OS 1880 MAP MARKS 'LIME KILN' (AT SP74511410) & 'QUARRY', CENTRED AT NGR (B1).
A CIRCULAR LINE OF BRICKS & LIMESTONE IN UNDERGROWTH IN THE VERGE OF THE LANE MARKS THE REMAINS OF THE LIME KILN. THE SITE OF THE QUARRY LIES IN AN ARABLE FIELD & HAS LEFT NO TRACE (B2).
