Description

Site of slurry pan/washmill. By 1876, Wilkerson's gang had dug 5 acres, 2 rods and 22 perches in J Archer's field, adjacent to the slurry pit and 5 acres, 1 rod and 35 perches of Jack's close across the road. Morris and Griffin had dug 5 acres, 3 rods and 10 perches on Archer's Home Meadow and 2 acres, 2 rods and 16 perches of the field to the north (B1- 2).
