RB POTTERY NOTED ON FIELD SURFACE BY MR G PUREFOY, C.1988. NO SAMIAN. SUBSEQUENT METAL DETECTING BY D SHELLEY FOUND C.50 COINS, C3-C4 AD, IN A COMPACT AREA. SITE PROBABLY QUITE DEEP (B1).
