Description

COLLECTED FROM PLOUGHED FIELD: RB SHERDS INCLUDING MORTARIA, COLOUR COAT BEAKER BASE ETC (B1). (PROBABLY SAME SITE AS CASS 5331, ADJACENT).
Geophysical survey carried out by Bartlett-Clark Consultancy in October-November 2010 identified a dense area of strong magnetic activity and anomalies of a possible ditched enclosure, tentatively interpreted as a possible Roman industrial site (B2).
