Description

Trial trenches excavated by Thames Valley Archaeological Services (D142 and D143) produced single layers containing struck flints and pottery probably dating to the late Bronze Age. An additional trench (D255) dug between the two earlier trenches did not contain an archaeological deposits (B1).
