Description
The interim report of the Oxford Archaeological area excavation revealed a crouched inhumation of an adult male. The body was lying on its left side within an irregular oval grave. The grave had been truncated and the preservation of the bone was poor. The burial has been initially dated to the Neolithic. There were no associated objects and no trace of a ring ditch (B2).
