1923 MAP SHOWS A BRIDGE CARRYING VERNEY JUNCTION-BANBURY SINGLE LINE RAILWAY OVER ROAD (B3).
BRIDGE HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED; THE STONE PIERS REMAIN EACH SIDE OF ROAD. IT WOULD SEEM TO HAVE BEEN BUILT WIDE ENOUGH TO TAKE A DOUBLE TRACK (B7).
