SKULL & SOME BONES, PROBABLY OF A MAN, FOUND IN DIGGING A GAS MAIN AT 18IN DEPTH. SKULL INCOMPLETE, BUT LOWER JAW & TEETH PERFECT. ALSO ARM, RIB BONES & VERTEBRAE. FINDSPOT WAS ONCE SMALL RIVER BED (ILLUS OF FINDS) (BI1).TURPINS ROW IS 165-189 HIGH ST (TERRACE). FIND LIKELY TO BE BY NO 189(BI2)
