BEARS SOME RESEMBLANCE TO A FAIRLY RARE EARLY ANGLO-SAXON TYPE, BUT MORE LIKELY TO BE MEDIEVAL. FOUND BY MR C WOODFALL, 250YDS SSE OF COOMBE HILL MONUMENT, BY TREE (SKETCH MAP FILED)(B1).
