Description
IN DIGGING POND HUMAN BONES FOUND. RESCUE EXCAV LOCATED 4 INHUMATIONS: COMPLETE ADULT SKELETON; CHILD; BABY (FRAGMENTS); ADULT SKULL, FEMUR & OTHER BONE. ALL E-W. CLOSE BY A CREMATION BURIAL OF 2 BELGIC POTS IN SMALL PIT, 1 CONTAINING CREMATED BONES. 5 OTHER POTS IDENTIFIED, SUGGESTING MORE CREMATIONS (B1-2).
