MORE BELGIC BRICK (B3) PART OF A POLISHED FLINT NEOLITHIC AXE (B2). 1 ?SAXON RED GRIT SHERD; 1 LATE MEDIEVAL BASE; 1 MEDIEVAL RIM; 3 MISC SHERDS (B2). MORE WORK BY TOM CLARK FINDS 2 BADLY WORN MEDIEVAL IMPRESSED FLOOR TILES (B3). ALSO A COIN OF TASCIOVANUS, 1 C2 COIN & ABOUT 20 C4 COINS (B2). MORE WORK BY TOM CLARK FINDS FURTHER CELTIC COINS & AN ADDITIONAL 60 ROMAN COINS IN SAME FIELD, MOSTLY ON HIGHER GROUND BUT DISPERSED ALL OVER. MAINLY C3-C4 (B3). DURING METAL DETECTING IN FIELD TOM CLARK FINDS IA/SAXON/MEDIEVAL POTTERY ETC; ALSO 1 STRAP/LACE END, COPPER ALLOY WITH SILVER INLAY; POSSIBLE PIECE OF SMITHING HEARTH BASE & SOME CLINKER/SLAG ? RECENT ORIGIN (B2).
