Description

Aylesbury Past Project fieldwalking finds probably indicative of settlement late prehistoric (?Iron Age) through to Roman.3 struck flints (?late prehistoric); 16 SHERDS of Iron Age pottery; 22 ROMAN SHERDS. Iron Age and Roman pottery concentrated towards N of field on higher ground (B1). & 4 MEDIEVAL SHERDS
