Description

Lower Meeting formed 1701 occupied meeting-house on concealed site on E side of Red Lion Street, replaced in 1897 on extension of former site by present chapel named Hinton, a gothic building by John Wills of Derby (B1).
Baptist Chapel (Particular) and Burial Ground (see 01:000) at NGR (B2).
Trinity (Particular) Baptist Church, Red Lion Street. 1897 by John Wills of Derby. Early English in red brick with church and halls side by side and amost identical. At the back, some bricks and a stone dated 1797 from the previous meeting house (B3).
