HOUSE ORIGINALLY 2-BAY, 2 STOREYS WITH END CHIMNEYSTACK. BRICK, STUCCOED ON S. AND W. SIDES. 2 ROOM PLAN WITH ENTRANCE DOOR IN S. GABLE WALL. ROOF TRUSSES OF SIMPLE QUEEN POST CONSTRUCTION FROM TIE TO PURLIN. LATER 2-BAY LOBBY ENTRY HOUSE OF 2 STOREYS ATTACHED TO E. SIDE. FURTHER DESCRIPTION, PLANS, ELEVATIONS (B1).
