NIELLO INLAY, BOW SIDED WITH STRAIGHT LOWER END SLIGHTLY BIFID AT RIVET END. HIGHLY DECORATED FACE WITH INCISED GROOVES MOSTLY CONTAINING NIELLO. OVERALL DESIGN IS SNOUT AT LOWER END WITH 2 SIMPLE BORED EYES WITH EARS. (FURTHER DETAIL). OF 'TREWHIDDLE STYLE. FOUND BY J SHEPHERD. PURCHASED BY BCM (B2).
