A FREE FISHERY IN EVERSHIPP WATER, CUDDINGTON FREQUENTLY MENTIONED. IN POSSESSION OF BURNARDS 1577. IN 1611 SOLD TO SIMON MAYNE. HIS DESCENDANTS HELD IT TILL 1679 WHEN SOLD TO WILLIAM LAMBOURNE WHO ALREADY HAD OTHER FISHING RIGHTS HERE. IN 1772-3 RICHARD LAMBOURNE HELD A FREE FISHERY HERE (B1, (CITING FEET OF FINES, BUCKS. EAST.19 ELIZ, 8 JAS.I, 31 CHAS II, MICH.24 CHAS.II, HI L.13 GEO.III)).
