Description

DOBUNNIC COIN INSCRIBED 'EISV'. INCOMPLETE. OBV: CIRCLE HEAD FACING RIGHT. DIADEM. IN FRONT OF FACE ARE VERSES ORNAMENT. REV:TRIPLE TAILED HORSE FACING LEFT. ABOVE, PELLET AND LETTERS 'EI'. BELOW, 2ND PELLET AND TIPS OF LETTERS 'SV'. PROBABLY NOT PLATED. FOUND BY MR CRITOPH IN PLOUGH SOIL N OF LT. KIMBLE CHURCH (B1).
