Description

BOW BROOCH, BROKEN HEAD LOOP, PIN MISSING. CRUDE RELIEF CROSS SHAPED DESIGN WITH LOZENGE ON EXPANDED BOW, WITH TRACES OF RED AND GREEN ENAMEL. BROOCHES OF SIMILAR FORM WERE MANUFACTURED ON SCILLY ISLES BUT PROBABLY NOT THIS ONE (CF.ARCH J.124,FIG13,TYPE12 ). NGR TO APPROX. AREA IN FIELD (BIBL1)
