ROWLEY HILL IN TURN GAVE ITS NAME TO ROVELAI HUNDRED (B1).
ON HIGHEST SPOT IN AREA & APPROACHED BY 7 FOOTPATHS; MAY HAVE BEEN THE HUNDRED MEETING PLACE (B2-3); IS ON PARISH BOUNDARY.
