A BRICKWORKS OPERATED BY MR.SAUNDERS BETWEEN 1927 & 1948. HANDMADE MULTI-FACING BRICKS WERE PRODUCED IN COAL-BURNING SCOTCH KILNS(B1-2). FROM ADJACENT FOOTPATH MASSIVE PITS SEEN (3M PLUS DEEP) IN THE WOODLAND & MAYBE USED AS CAMPSITE?(B3)
