BRICK WELL & DOME. BOTTOM NOT ACCESSIBLE OR VISIBLE. ARCHITECT/BUILDER POSSIBLY SIR FRANCIS DASHWOOD OR FELLOW MEMBER OF THE DILETTANTI SOCIETY (B3).
