Description
Original mill stood by Sawmill Cottages (TQ 00608293). Mill transferred to yard of Rowley Farm in red brick Swiss chalet-style building which housed sawmill & cornmill. Water piped underground from Black Park lake to turbine (B1-2).
Buildings and some machinery survives: possible restoration (B3).
Report on proposed works to the cornmill and sawmill (B5).
