TOPOGRAPHY OF AREA, ADJACENT SOUTHEND HILL, SUGGESTS A WINDMILL, THOUGH 'MILLWAY' TRACK (STILL A FOOTPATH), LEADS TO A SMALL STREAM WHICH COULD HAVE TURNED A WATERMILL (B3).
