Description

Plan Form - Square.
Nearly square enclosure. Each side c.25m long with external ditch c.5m wide. Slight opposing bank on N, E, S sides. Enclosure banks c.2m high from ditch base to bank top. Possible entrance by NW angle. A straight bank continues S from W side for c.15m. Found by P Riches and R Smith, of Holmer Green in 1982 (B1).
A test pit dug in the enclosure ditch recorded a single fill about 1m deep, with a few sherds of abraded possibly Medieval pottery (B3).
