THERE WAS A WATERMILL ON THE DEMESNE OF WATER STRATFORD IN 1278-9 AND A MILL IS MENTIONED AS HAVING BEEN AN APPURTENANCE OF THE MANOR, BUT DESTROYED BY ISABEL DE STRATFORD ABOUT 1349 (B2).
