Description

THERE WAS A MILL APPURTENANT TO LILLINGSTONE DAYRELL MANOR IN 1602. IN 1610 THERE WERE 2 MILLS, 1 OF WHICH CALLED THE OLD MILL WAS THEN USED AS A COTTAGE. A WATERMILL IS AGAIN REFERRED TO IN 1706 (B1).
