Description

BY 1640 THE MEMORY OF (THE ORIGINAL IVER) MANOR HOUSE (AT DELAFORD PARK) APPEARS TO HAVE PERISHED: A DEED MENTIONS 'COURT LODGE' AS THE MANOR HOUSE OF IVER. COURT LODGE IS KNOWN TO BE IVER COURT FARM (B1).
LOCATION AT NGR (B3).
Grade II. Late C18. Brown brick with old tile hipped roofs and end wall stacks. Double pile 2-storey centre with one and a half storey wings. Centre has 3-window range of sashes, mostly C19, centre first floor window is blank. Central door with timber architrave and flat hood. Wings are also hipped roofed and have an eaves dormer central on end walls, altered openings to ground floor front (B2).
