HOUSE, E SIDE OF RUMBOLD'S LANE. DESCRIBED 1913 AS; 'NOW SEVERAL TENEMENTS; BUILT EARLY C15(?) BUT CHIMNEY STACK DATED 1709 & WALLS REFACED WITH MODERN BRICK; ONLY A LITTLE TIMBER FRAMING REMAINS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BUILDING' [FURTHER DESCRIPTION] (B1).
NEAR DERELICT & DETERIORATING RAPIDLY 1982 (B2).
