Dimensions - Length 139mm, Width 56mm, Thickness 31mm.
POLISHED AXE. MOST OF CHIPPING POLISHED DOWN. INTERIOR OF FLINT GREY, BROKEN AT BUTT AND BLADE. DRAWING FILED. PICKED UP IN MUD AT GATEWAY TO SMALL COPSE ONCE CONTAINING A COTTAGE BY MISS EMMA TREEN (B1).
LOANED TO BCM (B2).
SP81762824. A polished Neolithic stone axe broken at the butt and blade, was found in Mursley by E Treen (B3).
