CUT INTO LIMESTONE. DEPTH OF WATER 2.60M. UNLINED. BRICK CAPPING C.0.30M BELOW PAVEMENT. COMPARATIVELY WIDE DIAMETER OF WELL SUGGESTS IT MAY HAVE BEEN A PUBLIC ONE WITH A STREET PUMP. SITUATED NEAR JUNCTION WITH TEMPLE STREET. WELL TO BE CAPPED (B1).
