Description
RB POTTERY, MIXED WITH POTTERY FROM ANOTHER WINSLOW SITE (SEE CASS 5075). INCLUDES - 2 RB BASE SHERDS, POSSIBLY FROM SAME VESSEL, PROBABLY C1-2 AD; 1 RIM ?RB; 2 RB BASES; 1 RB GREYWARE SHERD. FOUND WHILE METAL DETECTING IN PLOUGHED FIELD, SCATTERED IN AREA CENTRED AT NGR (& SEE CAS MAP) (B1).
SP 781 276. A scatter of Romano-British pottery was found here by Mr. D Shelley (B2).
