Description
Hoard of 65+ [87] Roman bronze coins found during a South Bucks Metal Detector Club outing. Taken to Ashmolean for identification (see list filed). Found in low lying area of field. Former stream beds visible when area visited & findspot plotted (B1-2).
Findspot of 87 Roman bronze coins uncovered in a field by metal detectors, these coins probably came from a hoard buried around AD 353 (B4).
