Description

FLECKS OF CHARCOAL FROM IRON AGE GULLEY. GAVE A C3AD CARBON-14 DATE, AT ODDS WITH THE MIDDLE IRON AGE POTTERY FROM THE GULLEY. THERE WERE LATER DISTURBANCES IN THE AREA OF THE GULLEY, WHICH MAY HAVE CONTAMINATED THIS SAMPLE (B1 P5).
