Dimensions - Radius 0015 m
Plan Form - CIRCULAR
LARGE, LOW MOUND VISIBLE ON EDGE OF RECENTLY PLOUGHED FIELD. ?ROUND BARROW (B1).
VISIBLE ON AP'S: DITCH & CENTRAL TURF-STACK. UNDOUBTABLY A BARROW, ESPECIALLY AS NUMEROUS BARROWS NEARBY (B2).
HEAVILY PLOUGHED, & BOUNDARIES DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE ON GROUND (B3).
SCHEDULED (B6).
Geophysical surveys carried out by Princes Risborough Countryside Group and National Trust in October 2011 and April 2012 identified the scheduled barrow, along with a further 7 possible ring ditches to the N and E. These larger two are tentatively interpreted as possible barrows and the smaller examples as possible roundhouses. See report for detail (B7).
