Description

IN 1218 RALPH HARENG RECEIVED LICENCE TO IMPARK HIS WOOD OF WESTBURY TOWARDS BIDDLESDEN ABBEY. IN 1278-9 JOAN DE SOMERY HELD THE MANOR INCLUDING 4 ACRES OF PARK. IN 1280 PARK OWNED BY CHASTILLON FAMILY & CORRESPOND TO THE ROYES & MAKELOMS PARKS OF 1300. MENTIONED AGAIN IN 1440 & EARLY C17 (B2,B6).
