PAIR OF SWORDS DISCOVERED LYING ON RIVER BED, NOT BURIED IN MUD, C.50M UP-STREAM FROM BRIDGE & 5M FROM RIVER BANK. FOUND BY MR WELLS (HIGH WYC. SUB-AQUA CLUB). BOTH C.1M LONG, 1 WITH C.15CM MISSING OFF BLADE. ?BASKET HILTS; REMAINS OF ?LEATHER SCABBARD ON 1 & REAR ATTATCHMENT. COPPER WIRE ON HANDLE (B3).
