Description

RB SHERDS, The site lies on a S-facing slope. The farmer, Vinden, who ploughed the land for the first time time 3 years ago, did not know of the finds; AT PRESENT (1973) UNDER PASTURE (B1/B4). BCM HAS 47 RB SHERDS, MOSTLY COARSE REDWARES & COARSE GREY/WHITEWARES. MANY RIM SHERDS & 3 BASES. FROM WING; FINDSPOT UNKNOWN - FROM HERE? BUT SEE CASS 4847 (B2).
