Description

Dimensions - Width 6m, Length 18 m.
Plan Form - L shaped.
Formerly known as Hitcham Farm (B1-2) & Parsonage Farm (C17) (B3) & Tithe Farm (B4), this was presumably the home farm for Hitcham Manor (B5).
Grade II. C17 timber-framed and L-shaped in plan. Two storeys. Tiled roof. South wing. Ground floor roughcast and with two 4-light casements. First floor cement rendered and with two 2-light casements. North wing. Brick nogging and weather-boarded. One dormer window in the roof. RCHM I, p 205; VCH III, p 231 (B2).
