Description

EARLY-MID SAXON POTTERY FOUND IN DITCH. ALL HAND MADE & INCLUDES 4 RIMS, 2 JOINING. ALTHOUGH SOME 60 SHERDS ALL IN SMOOTH DARK FINE SANDY FABRIC ARE PRESENT, MAJORITY PROBABLY FROM 1 POT (116B). IN ALL 3 VESSELS MAY BE REPRESENTED (B1).
