Description

REMAINS OF BRICK KILN - PRESUMABLY A SMALL SCOTCH KILN - SURVIVE IN GARDEN OF HOUSE NOW ON SITE, INCORPORATED IN A GARDEN FEATURE. NEARBY, BUILT INTO A GARDEN WALL, IS A FLOOR-TILE WITH STAMP 'H.H.' WHICH COULD REFER TO A MEMBER OF THE HEALY FAMILY, BRICKMAKERS IN THE AREA (B3-4).
