Description
Grade II. C17 altered. Two storeys. Colour washed stucco. Tile roof. The street front has been rebuilt with modern windows. Original gable to left hand facing Pebble Lane with upper part overhanging on projecting beams with corner bracket and one window is the sole evidence of older work externally (B3).
The C16 Lobster Pot has a sturdily jettied upper storey to Pebble Lane and inside a hammerbeam roof, without crown-posts, one of only two such roofs in the county (the other is Rectory Cottages, Bletchley in Milton Keynes)(B4).
