OS MAP MARKS 'BRICK WORKS' AT NGR (BI1) NO REMAINSOF WORKS SURVIVE, SITE NOW BEING PART OF TERRACED GARDENS OF 'MONKS CORNER'. PITS IN IMMEDIATE VICINITY PRESUMABLY RESULT FROM CLAY EXTRACTION (BI2). NOT CLEAR WHICH FIRM OPERATED THE WORKS, BUT PRESUMABLY 1 OF FIRMS IN HIGH ST OR WEST ST, MARLOW(BI3)
