STILL EXTANT. HEIGHT C.5M FROM FLOOR TO DOME APEX. ENTRANCE PASSAGE 2M LONG, ENTERING ICEHOUSE AT 1.75M ABOVE FLOOR. THOUGH LONG DISUSED, & WITH NO DOOR, CONDITION IS GOOD (B2).
Grade II. Ice-house. Mid-late C18. Brick. Domed, with conical shaft tapering to drain. Entrance passage to S. set into bank (B3).
