Description

Grade II. House. Probably C17-early C18 with C19 Picturesque alterations, renovated and extended C20. Whitewashed roughcast with some timbering, half-hipped thatch roof. C19 brick chimneys with diagonal shafts, 2 between right bays, one between left bays. 1½ storeys, 3 bays, that to left a C20 extension. Left bays have 3 or 4-light C20 barred wooden casements, those to upper storey in thatch. C20 3-light leaded casement to ground floor of right bay. Board door between right bays has pointed arched head and C20 porch with hipped tile roof on wooden posts. Right gable has canted bay window with 4 arched leaded lights. Lean-to to rear (B2).
