Dimensions - Width 0450 Length 0400 cm
BENEATH ROOMS VII & IX WAS A FURNACE SIMILAR IN FORM TO DOUBLET TYPE AT HAMBLEDEN. V-SHAPED CHANNELS, BELOW FLOOR LEVEL CUT INTO THE CHALK MARL & LINED WITH CHALK LUMPS & SOME TILE. OVEN LOCATED IN CENTRAL PART OF BUILDING (B1).
