Description

HAMMERSTONE, FROM FIELD N OF UPPER ICKNIELD WAY, E OF CONEYGRA LANE (B1).
42 FLINTS INCLUDING BLADE OF BROKEN AXE, SURFACE AREA N OF UPPER ICKNIELD WAY (B2).
Forty lightly-patinated Ne. scrapers and other implements found in a restricted area to the north of the Upper Icknield Way, and about two hundred yards east of Bledlow Warren (Area SP 778 013) at 570' OD observed by JF Head(ILLUS OF 40 SCRAPERS ETC FOUND IN A RESTRICTED AREA)(B3).

No local information on further finds. Field centred SP 7785 0132 is under young crop (B5).
